Outside of my writing and editing, I also provide genealogy research. I have eight years experience researching my own and other’s family trees. Some lines I have been able to follow back to the 1200s. Your personal information and details about your ancestry will be kept private, and my partner and I will sign a confidentiality agreement.

I charge a nonrefundable fee of $30 for a first consultation and family tree. At the first consultation I will ask what information you currently have on your family and what your goals are for genealogy research (i.e. if you want more information on one family line than another). Afterward I will take a day or two for research, then email you with a family tree I have created based on my research, and a list of the documents I have found. You can then chose what documents you would like and how much you want to spend based on my price list (below).
